The Battery Crush and Nail Penetration Test Chamber is a high-precision safety testing system designed for single cells and power battery modules. With a maximum force of 300kN, this advanced tester accurately evaluates battery safety under extreme conditions, including crushing, deformation, and short-circuit scenarios.
Equipped with real-time voltage, force, displacement, and speed monitoring, the system ensures precise control throughout the test. The intuitive software allows you to set test conditions based on pressure, deformation, or voltage — individually or in combination — and automatically stops the test when any condition is met.
The dedicated control motherboard records all critical data and communicates instantly with the computer, enabling easy data tracking, comparison, and report generation. Ideal for battery manufacturers and R&D labs, this tester ensures compliance with international safety standards while providing reliable, repeatable results.
